Membership
As a member, you receive two pairs of boxers in your preferred size and color every other month while enjoying exclusive perks and benefits.
How does the subscription work?
- You select your preferred size and color when signing up.
- Your payment is processed one month before delivery to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Your boxers are shipped in the last week of every other month (e.g., February, April, June, etc.).
- You can pause or cancel your subscription within a specific window before each billing cycle.
No need! Your first pair is free, so you can try the fit risk-free.
If you need a different size for future shipments, simply update your size preference in your membership account before the next billing cycle.
When will I be charged?
Your payment is processed at the end of the month before your scheduled delivery. For example, if your boxers are shipping in the last week of February, your payment will be processed at the end of January.
Why do I pay in advance?
Paying in advance ensures that we can plan our production and shipping efficiently, reducing delays & enhancing the costumer experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Your payment method will be automatically charged based on your billing cycle.
When will I receive my boxers?
All shipments are sent in the last week of every other month. Delivery time depends on your location, but you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all members.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Sweden. However, we are working on expanding our reach.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause your subscription between the 1st and 15th of the billing month (e.g., if your next payment is at the end of January, you can pause between January 1–15).
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time through your account settings. However, cancellations must be made before the 15th of the billing month to avoid being charged for the next delivery.
Can I change my size or color preference?
Yes, you can update your preferences in your account settings. Any changes must be made before the 15th of the billing month to take effect for your next shipment.
What if I receive the wrong size?
We offer a 90-day Fit Guarantee. If your boxers don’t fit, simply contact us, and we’ll exchange them for the right size—free of charge.
Can I return my boxers?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn items. However, if your boxers are unworn and in their original packaging, we can offer an exchange.
Yes! You can purchase a gift membership, allowing someone to receive our premium boxers and benefits for a set duration.
