1stLAYERS provides premium underwear subscription services, one-time purchases, and exclusive membership perks. These Terms apply to all purchases, subscriptions, and interactions with our platform.

By subscribing to 1stLAYERS, you agree to receive two (2) pairs of underwear every two (2) months at a recurring charge of 329 SEK.

First Order Free: Your first pair is free. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the first billing date.

Billing Cycle: Payments are processed on the 25th of the billing month, one month before shipment.

Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped on the 26th of the scheduled shipping month.

Automatic Renewals: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before your next billing cycle.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

Changes must be made before the billing date (25th of the month) to take effect for the next cycle.

If you are not satisfied with your first pair, cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges.

If no cancellation is made, your subscription continues automatically and you will be charged.

Subscription Pricing: 329 SEK per 2-pack every 2 months

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).

By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until cancellatio

Store credits are exclusively granted to active subscribers with each successful billing cycle.

Credits can be redeemed for exclusive products and future purchases but cannot be exchanged for cash.

Unused credits expire after 12 months.

Members gain access to VIP rewards, exclusive discounts, and special product drops.

Loyalty status is based on subscription length and engagement.

Free shipping for all subscription orders.

One-time purchases may include additional shipping fees depending on the location.

Delivery is estimated 3-7 business days after the scheduled shipment date.

International Shipping: Currently limited to Sweden, with expansion planned.

If your first pair does not fit, you can exchange for a different size.

Future shipments can be adjusted in your memberships portal before billing.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn items.

Only unworn, sealed items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of receipt on costumers expense.

Customers can manage subscriptions, store credits, orders, and loyalty rewards via the customer portal.

It is your responsibility to keep your billing details updated to prevent unwanted charges.

You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid charges.

1stLAYERS reserves the right to terminate accounts for fraudulent activity, abuse of offers, or violation of these Terms.

We guarantee premium-quality products, but we are not responsible for personal allergies or sensitivities to fabrics.

1stLAYERS is not liable for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

We may update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email.
